Good news for my funky-party vein. The Tony Manero Foundation released their new album (read and listen). Making things even better my loved Javi drew a eight pages comic included in the CD. Money well spent!

Even though one can see plenty of people fishing close to our place, it may be not such a good idea. Due to the oscillations in temperature, in many places, the ice sheet is not thick enough to hold people's weight. The firemen had plenty of work rescuing people that fell into the water
Hai xente abondo pescando cerca de casa pero quizá nun ye mui buena idea. Colo irregular que ta siendo la temperatura esti iviernu, la capa de xelu nun ye siempre a tener pol pesu la xente. Estos díes los bomberos tienen mucho trabayu rescatando la peña que cae nel agua

The forest next to our place has plenty of paths for cross-country skiing. Unfortunately the snow is lacking so the city resorted to the solution below

One of the advantages of living at high latitudes is that one doesn't need eating or throwing away all the freezer content before cleaning it. It's enough to move all the stuff to the balcony at -12 Celsius and put it back when it's ready
